Smartposter Rollout in Hagenberg

Hagenberg is the first town in Austria offering public services thru NFC Smartposters. These Smartposter help tourists to retrieve additional information on sights as well as on way points in the town.

20 Smartposters all over Hagenberg have been rolled out in January 2008. The service was implemented by the NFC Research Lab. The University as well as the town ship administration lend Nokia 6131 NFC mobile phones to experience this new service.
